Me and my husband used the village hotel on Friday evening for a drink before heading into Portsmouth. The service we received was absolutely amazing. Maddie is an incredible staff member and clearly a valuable asset to the team. She made sure we were catered for and added a positive and pleasant atmosphere to our drinks. Definitely coming back soon!!!

Staff are great, especially Chloe at breakfast. Pool is great, though cold in the morning. The Jacuzzi is very warm, as is the sauna, sadly the steam room didn't work. Plenty of good quality breakfast to choose from. We ate in the pub too, quality was good.

I had an amazing time here, the club room was a bit small concidering what i paid but the beds where so comfy. Having access to the pool and gym was an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely a lot of options and allergy friendly. There was a lovely waitress in the pub & grill, chloe, she was kind and attentive, no only towards me but was so sweet, to everyone else, she was a fantastic waitress and filled every request.

Just back from a excellent overnight at The Village Portsmouth. Great check-in with the very helpful Charlotte giving advice on the local area, service with a smile goes a long way! We had the Club Room which was whilst very small really nice, lovely comfy and massive bed and a really good over head shower. We booked breakfast and dinner package, the evening meal was fantastic. Callum greated us at the table what a lovely chap very friendly clearly loves his job, really looked after us well and I could see him spreading joy to all the other dining customers. The food was cooked perfectly and the deserts were a delight. Whole experience was brilliant, all staff were great but Charlotte and Callum deserve the special mention.
