We’ve had the pleasure of staying here more times than I can count over the years, and it’s the one place where the world finally goes quiet. There’s a specific kind of peace you find here—the kind that stays with you long after you leave. It’s nothing short of a miracle. Calling the views breathtaking feels like an understatement. Sitting on the balcony at the lodge, staring out across the valley, brings such a sense of serenity that we don't feel anywhere else. The hot tubs are an absolute highlight for us. There's zero light pollution out here, so you can soak in the water, in all weathers, staring up at millions of stars. The two miniature horses that greet you every day coming in and out of the property are a bonus delight. Colin and Mandy are two hosts who strike the perfect balance between being incredibly helpful and giving you total privacy. They are truly lovely people who clearly pour their hearts and souls into making this park a haven for their guests. It doesn’t just feel like a business; it feels like a little haven they’ve built for people to escape to. Truly lovely people and a truly special place. We already can't wait for the next trip. Matt and Linz.

Really disappointed with this place. What was intended to be a nice weeks break to enjoy the quiet and go for nice walks ended up being horrible. Upon arrival everything seemed fine, we arrived during the daytime so we could see the fields etc. Entering the lodge we were greeted with a gift basket of goodies (your usual tea coffee etc) and in the master bedroom a lovely arrangement of towels as shown by other reviewers (Swans), this might have been the best time (and the time in the hot tub) as from there on it declined. Our main issue was the flies. When we arrived we noticed one fly by the window (downstairs) we opened the window and guided it out. That was foreshadowing for events yet to come as from that moment on we noticed the flies... a lot of them. They all seemed to be in the nooks of the skylights so we gently tapped the skylight metal frame with the vacuum and a lot fell out, I have actually never seen so many in my life. So the next day my partner and I decided to walk up to main pavillion to talk to someone about it (no one was there but we did manage to use the phone), after speaking with the owner it was evident that nothing would be done about this, no offer of a different cabin and no help other than an accusation that we had let the flies in from when we had the window open... Annoyed we headed back to the lodge where we were met by the owners daughter with some stickers to put on the windows to try and catch the flies, these had minimal results but I at least appreciate the effort on the owners daughter to at least try and help. Over the coming days I was personally counting down until we could leave aa we went through our daily routine of checking for more flies and hoovering them up. For clarity this happened last year (November 2023) and I can honestly say it was the worst holiday I'll no doubt ever experience. I would not recommend it in the slightest.

Highly recommend. This is our 4th time at Luxury Lodges Wales over the last 12 years. The lodges are delightful, clean and welcoming. The family who run the business are super helpful and accomodating and Gove you all the space needed for a very relaxing break. Thank you for a really great time again and look forward to coming back soon!

These lodges really are the most relaxing place to stay! We have stayed many times over the last 10 years and each visit has been equally enjoyable. Fab hot tubs. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Area has abundance of wildlife. Well worth a visit.
