The ground floor has two living spaces—one with a woodburner, the other opening onto a patio—plus a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and air fryer. Upstairs, the main bedroom is a zip-and-link super king (or twin singles on request) with ensuite bath and shower; two further kingsize bedrooms have ensuite showers; the fourth bedroom holds two single beds and connects to a shared shower room.

Heating and electricity come as standard, along with bed linen, towels and wifi. The grounds include a private hot tub for eight, patio seating, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for four cars on site and an electric vehicle charging point. One dog stays free and receives a welcome pack. The property is non-smoking throughout.
