The Sheep Pod is a detached cabin sleeping two, set among open countryside near Welshpool in Powys. Everything happens on one floor: a combined living and dining space, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The kitchen is outside under cover, fitted with an electric hob, microwave and grill, so you can cook in the fresh air or retreat indoors as weather dictates. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating comes from electric radiators.
What makes this place distinctive is the private wood-fired hot tub. There's also a firepit and gas barbecue on the front terrace, a sitting-out area, and parking for one car on site. The setting is genuinely quiet, with views across farmland and hills. Welshpool itself is close by for shops, pubs and practical services. Lake Vyrnwy lies within reach for walking, and the Glyndwr's Way offers trails through forest and moorland. Shrewsbury, Powis Castle and the coast at Aberdovey or Barmouth are all day-trip distances away. No smoking in the cabin; adults only.

The perfect get-away.. exactly what we wanted, we were so happy to enjoy a couple of nights at Kates Glampio. A beautiful setting in a lovely part of the world. It really is a blissful glamping site, so peaceful with a sky full of stars at night. Will 100% be back. Thankyou Kate, was really nice to meet you.

Stayed here for a long weekend. I wish I could give more stars. Amazing views, really quite, amazing hosts will come within 10 mins to help with anything. Very well kitted out place I would say. You have your own private toilet and shower with washing area which you can lock and noone else has access. The hot tub is amaingggg. No place for plug sockets but had 4 usb sockets which is really handy. Has a heater as well so even for winter would be a amazing place to visit.
