Glen Y Nant suits couples, small families, and anyone travelling with dogs. The detached caravan sits in its own garden above a stream, with fields beyond and no near neighbours—useful if your dog barks or is reactive. One bedroom has a double bed, the other a single; a sofa bed in the living room works for a child. The single bathroom has a shower cubicle, and there's an ensuite toilet off the main bedroom. Heating, electricity, linen and towels are all provided, along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking, with electric oven, microwave and air fryer. Outside, a patio has garden furniture, a barbecue and fire pit. You get free access to Ty Nant Dog Walking Meadow and Bird Hide directly below the property, plus doggie bags supplied. A lockable bike store is on site, and there's parking for three or four cars. The caravan is reached by three steps, though a ramp is available.
The location works as a base for the Welsh towns of Presteigne, Knighton, Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells, as well as the Black and White village trail across the border in Herefordshire. Hay-on-Wye Book Festival and Brecon Jazz Festival are both within reach. Local pubs are in Llanfihangel, Hundred House, Knighton, Presteigne, Titley and Kington. No smoking in the caravan.
