Groes Heol is a remarkable converted farmhouse that can be found lying on the edge of Mallwyd, Wales. Consisting of a king-size bedroom, two doubles, a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom, this cottage can sleep a total of ten guests. The first floor is complete with a shower room, whilst the ground floor is home to two further shower rooms, an open-plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with woodburning stove, a separate sitting room, a snug, a games room and a utility room. Outside discover ample off-road parking and both a front and back garden with outdoor storage. Groes Heol is a relaxing retreat to the Welsh countryside with the whole family.
