Lower Farm is a detached farmhouse set within a 320-acre working farm in the heart of mid-Wales. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles and a third with twin singles. There are two bathrooms, a second living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Oil central heating keeps things warm; the wood burner in the main living room comes with initial fuel. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided as standard.
An enclosed garden with sitting-out area and furniture opens from the house, and parking for two cars sits on site. One dog can stay without additional charge, though sheep country means keeping pets on a lead. The location puts you within reach of Llandrindod Wells and Rhayader for shops and restaurants, while the Elan Valley—home to the red kite feeding station and various cycle routes—lies just beyond. Radnor Forest offers walking and cycling routes with open views; smaller walks begin right from the property. A country pub operates in nearby Bleddfa, five miles away.
