Heyope Cottage is a detached holiday home in the village of Heyope, overlooking open countryside and positioned within easy reach of both Shropshire's market towns and mid-Wales attractions. The cottage suits couples, small families, or friends travelling together – it's yours alone, with no shared accommodation. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner and Freeview TV leads into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with a double bedroom and a twin room nearby, plus a shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided. The essentials – electricity, heating, Wi-Fi – are covered. An enclosed garden with patio and barbecue is private to the cottage, as is the hot tub. There's private parking on site, and an external utility room with a washing machine (shared with other properties on the site).

Knighton, a few miles away, straddles the England-Wales border and has antique shops, tea rooms and inns. Offa's Dyke and the Glyndwr Way are popular walking routes from here. The Powys Observatory, clay pigeon shooting and coarse fishing are among local activities. The water supply comes from a borehole. No smoking inside.
