Rhiew Banc

Rhiew Banc is a detached house sleeping eight across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two doubles have en-suite facilities; the other two are twins, served by a family bathroom. The whole property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet stays free. Essential supplies—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included, along with logs for the woodburner.

The ground floor spreads across a living room with a 50-inch TV and woodburner, an open-plan kitchen and dining space fitted for proper cooking (electric cooker, Rayburn, dishwasher, washing machine), a conservatory overlooking the garden, a games room, and a cinema room with a 60-inch screen. Outside sits an enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ, and a private hot tub for six. Parking fits five cars; there's also a bike store. No smoking inside.

Rural location with countryside views, four miles from Newtown's shops, cafes and restaurants. Walking country, and the coast is a short drive. Four steps lead to the entrance.
