Fantastic site. Really well maintained grounds and facilities. Excellent provision for dogs with dedicated areas and walks. Access to the canal is via a short walk through the field. Well located for Blackpool, Preston and others. Reasonably priced with metered electric available. Definitely one to return to.

Stayed here for close proximity for Lytham Festival payed for 3 nights but stayed for two. 10 miles from centre and no nearby bus route. Local taxi firm wanted £41.00 to Lytham and asked if we wanted a return fare! Campsite quiet toilets showers basic but clean. You have to pay extra for electricity so topped up £10 bearing in mind we weee out all day..You are taxed on the £10 and we got a credit of £2! You are paying £27 plus electric per might. I would not stay here again and would not recommend

My husband and I booked this caravan site because we were going down to Somerset to rescue a rescue a Chow Chow. We wanted to break the journey up and we were not dissapointed. The caravan pitches are humongous you could fit 4 bedroom houses in each of them. It was so quiet, beautifully maitained. In the morning when we were leaving the battery on our car was dead. Not a problem, I think the owner of the caravan park and his son brought their maintenance vehicle and got us on the road in no time. They were so helpful and so happy to help us it was fab. If we could we would have booked in for another few days we would have but unfortunately we had to get back to Edinburgh. If we are ever needing a caravan park near Preston again this will be the one for us. Thanks agains Jill and Ross with the 4 dogs.

Great site, very peaceful, good sized hard standing pitches.Nice clean toilets & showers. Indoor sinks for pot washing. Dog walking area. Metered electric Highly recommended
