About Premier Inn Preston South Craven Drive

Premier Inn Preston South Craven Drive is a modern, three-floor hotel built along practical lines, with 75 rooms designed for straightforward, comfortable stays rather than grand surroundings. Its position gives easy access to the M65 and M6, making it a sensible base for anyone travelling to Walton Summit Business Park or passing through the wider Preston area.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, and family and accessible options are available, along with drinks in room for those settling in for the evening. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept clean, which makes for a restful stay whether you're here for one night or several. A restaurant and bar operate on site, and breakfast is cooked to order fresh each morning, though some guests note the evening dining choices are fairly limited, so it's worth knowing what's nearby if you fancy more variety.

Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers 24 hour reception and free on-site parking for added convenience. Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, horse riding, and local pubs and entertainment, with Preston itself within easy reach for anything further afield.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We came up from London for a wedding. All the staff are so welcoming. Alice is the chef that does an amazing breakfast, to how you like it. Tayeb was ever attentive, making sure all the quests at breakfast was ok. My husband needed a pliers to sort out his phone holder in the car, the gentleman on reception, when we arrive found him 2 that he could use. The rooms are clean and the beds so comfortable. Our godson lives in Preston, so will only ever stay here when we come up. This branch should be a flagship for Premier Inn. All the staff make your stay so enjoyable.

One of the best premier inns I have been to. The room looked new and crisp. It was clean and smelt clean. The bathroom was absolutely spot on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room got warm very quickly. The only downside is - the radiator was making clicking sounds which is annoying when you're trying to fall asleep and I could hear a conversation from another room (and their kid screaming) so maybe a bit of soundproofing wouldn't be amiss. The gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing, proffessional, helpful and kind. Overall absolutely the best premier inn so far!

Have stayed in a number of Premier Inn for work and this is one of the best. It has been beautifully refurbished with lovely rooms and reception/breakfast area. Handily located near Preston with two pubs, a Burger King and big Sainsburys right next door. Free parking too.
