Gave this site five stars because the owner is an absolute gentleman, for letting us use the services for free, as we were using our motorhome as a support vehicle for a charity challenge, for walkers from Blackpool Tower to the Halliwell Jones Stadium for our local hospice St Roccos. The site itself is only small and looked to be mainly used by people fishing.

Oakfield camping and caravanning CS Farmington Moss Leyland Lancashire where everything works and there are two fishing lakes. One mature canal style and a doughnut lake which has been recently dredged and restocked with 1200 mixed species fish. Maturing well and will be absolutely brilliant by the spring. The owner is very chatty and the history is fascinating. On site is a bait shop and there are a few new trial baits that have now been developed and on sale. Super stay of 3 nights

Great site. The owner Richard is so helpful. He can't do enough for you. Great site if you enjoy fishing too. The electric hook up its great. Never had a problem with it. We come regular and we will continue to return. Again and again.
