What visitors say
I have been 3 times now each being a different season, an honest review. The positives are there is alot of space walking around inside the farm, plenty of animals to see my favourite being the goats they love the attention, great play areas for children. The negatives for me personally where depending on the season you'll get to see more or less, one time we got to see the cows up close, the second time was lambing season so we got to see the labs up close, the third time there wasn't much going on so definitely choose a good season if you want to see cows or sheep, I have a young toddler and the secondary parking in the field is great unless you have a buggy because you are made to walk around the outside by the main road and the pathway is not big enough for two buggies to get past so its not ideal unless your confident walking with a buggy on the road temporarily when its really busy. If its quiet this is not an issue just a matter of luck. I think they should adjust the prices for the adults because a big part of this place is the play area for the kids, and our child is not old enough to use the indoor play area so we usualy spend about 40 mins there, they should make the initial price cheaper if your not using any play areas especially during the quiet seasons, I think £5 for an adult is more reasonable

A wonderful day out! A lovely, tidy, well organised little farm. Excellent indoor and outdoor play facilities. Outside and undercover picnic areas! You can bring your own food and drinks although if you were to buy food and drink from the farm it’s really reasonably priced. As is admission…just £9 per adult with under 2’s free 😊 we had a lovely time making some beautiful memories. Not a criticism at all, but would have been good to have animal feed for sale so the children could feed the animals. Would definitely recommend this for a day out especially if you’re on a budget.

Lovely farm for young children to see a range of animals. We went in March and saw lots of lambs which was a highlight. Huge outdoor play area and indoor soft play too. Not a huge range of food to buy so I’d suggest taking your own and eating on the picnic tables.

Farm itself is nice and has decent activity area for kids and my review is purely based on the cafe itself which put me off entirely, ordered some food and drinks and got charged double for a double espresso, £2.50 for a single espresso but again £2.50 if you want a double, never in my life have I paid £5 for a double espresso not even in the airport or Dubai 7 star hotel. When I enquired why they charged me double the lady said we charge 2 times for 2 shots, I was shocked not because of £2.50 extra but normally the whole world any coffee shop would only charge 50p extra for another shot of coffee and not double. Everyone know this the whole world knows this except this place. It put me off that much that I won't be going back based on this experience. Also I'll mention this that we actually decided to pop out go to the pup around the corner to have lunch because I refused to spend any more money at this place, spend £80 at the pub but if I wasn't charged double for an espresso I might have spend another £50-£60 here. You gained £2.50 but lost a customer and £50-£60. It's not how you do business. Maybe you should ask chat gpt as you seem clueless about this.
