I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Northampton South for four nights and wanted to recognise Millie for her excellent customer service. Every day she greeted me with a smile, was genuinely friendly, and always made me feel welcome. It's clear that she takes pride in her role, and her positive attitude really stood out during my stay. Small interactions like these can make a big difference when you're away from home, and Millie consistently brightened my day. I'd also like to mention that all of the staff I encountered were lovely, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which reflects very well on the hotel as a whole. Good quality 3star hotel. Rooms clean, towels good. Breakfast ok although we came down in the last hour and the croissants and muffins were gone.(Although I didn't ask if there were any more). What makes it stand out is the quality of service. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Look 60quid on a bank holiday with 3breakfast included. I can't complaint. Room was same as all other holiday inn standard. Just fine. Bathroom clean enough. Air con was strong enough. Enough sockets. Has hair dryer in the room with big mirror. And windows can open for some fresh air. Perfectly fine for a few days stay
