Rosebank Barn is a Grade II listed manor house with roots reaching back to the 12th century. The building retains its period character—high ceilings, traditional proportions, sweeping driveway—while the interior has been brought fully up to date. You get 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across four floors, with capacity for 17 guests, making it suitable for large family gatherings or groups of friends wanting the whole place to themselves.
The ground floor holds a dining room with tall windows, a generous sitting room with U-shaped seating and smart TV, and a kitchen equipped for serious cooking: three ovens, a large fridge-freezer, pod coffee machine and air fryer among other appliances. There is also a breakfast room and utility space. The lower ground floor, built into what was once a castle, houses a games room, a private sauna, a Sony music system and an additional lounge. The bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floors, with most offering en suite bathrooms. An acre of garden surrounds the property, and there is a hot tub for guests to use.
Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The George pub is within a mile. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
