Great budget-friendly cinema with comfy seating and good sound/visual quality. Tickets are reasonably priced, but it can get a bit loud and crowded during busy hours. All in all, a reliable place for an inexpensive movie night.

Front of house could do with an update (closed ticket booth) but the screens are good and rarely broken seats. Queues for food or tickets can be quite lengthy. App based purchase for tickets is highly recommend. Toilets could do with a bit of redecorating, but are kept clean and odour free. A couple more bins would be a good idea as well for those of us that try to not leave rubbish at our seats.

Unacceptable!!! Where do I start there are 6 tills running been waiting to get served for one hour my movie is nearly finished and still haven’t managed to get some popcorn an absolute joke 2 workers are following each other around to do a one person job and instead of serving they would rather talk amongst themselves a total joke serve the customers and then chat no ? Sorry I’ve never written a review before but 0/10 a joke of a cinema if you ever come get be sure to come an hour or 2 early to wait for the food queue.

1/5 Stars(I'd give less if i could)– Shockingly Poor Experience and Management I had the absolute worst experience at this Vue Cinema. The movie actually started significantly earlier than the advertised showtime, meaning we missed the beginning of our film.To make matters worse, the customer service was non-existent. A customer jumped the queue and was served straight away, while my partner and I were completely ignored. The lady working at the till didn't acknowledge us because she was too busy flirting with other customers. I eventually had to forcefully get her attention just to be seen.When we finally got inside, the cinema was incredibly dirty and unkept. On top of that, two other customers had taken our assigned seats, forcing us to deal with an avoidable confrontation because staff weren't monitoring the screens.Unprofessional staff, dirty facilities, and terrible organization. I will not be returning.
