What visitors say
The cinema is on the 2nd floor. There are escalating up and down, WHEN THEY ARE WORKING. AS OCCASIONALLY ONE SIDE IS NOT WORKING. luckily there is a lift. The cinema itself is clean. The volume is fantastic. The seats are comfortable. As you can chose where you want to sit when booking tickets. They have a staff member coming up regularly to make sure everyone is OK. As the last time I went there some people were filming the film. And they got caught. But as soon as the staff member went they carried on. SO it spoilt it a bit for me as they were only 3 rows in front of me. I will still go to this cinema again. As its very nice and you can escape from your daily jobs. There are toilets there. For female and male ones. These are kept clean. Wheelchair friendly

We to watch the new scary movie got there about 20mins early the guy said we are just cleaning then you can go through anyway we went through and it was disgusting popcorn on the seats greasy finger marks spillages on the floor and these were the VIP seats, if they were cleaning I would love to know with what on the positive side staff did eject some youths who kept looking at Thier phones, the cinema was cool but not too cold ( as some can be an ice box) the toilets were clean and tidy and didn't have any foul or overpowering scents. sort out the cleanliness and we will be happy to return

Why on earth do you need to show your cinema ticket to purchase a drink??? The queues were ridiculous this evening, and I was unable to buy what I waited for as my partner had already gone in with the tickets. Policies either need reviewing, or if you are going to enforce stupid rules, make it clear before people stand in a queue for 20 minutes.
