My partner and I stayed there for a weekend in Broadstairs. It's a good base and conveniently located to access all the surrounding points of interest. The team gave us a warm welcome and the service was excellent the following day during breakfast. The room was clean and modern in style, Everything was comfortable and I would say our experience was very positive and we would return in the future. The young team at the hotel showed a great attitude and worked hard to deliver satisfaction to the customers. They are a real credit to the company.

We were a party of seven staying for one night. The place was tidy and clean. All the staff were friendly, helpful ,professional and polite. The rooms were of a good size, with a TV on the wall and free unlimited wi-fi. Bathroom was clean, with hand basin,shower and toilet. Indeed the whole room was very clean. All of us had a decent night's sleep. There is a small bar on the ground floor. Unfortunately no cider on tap but that's just me ! They serve evening meals which are very good. For breakfast you can chose cereal or a cooked breakfast which is all laid out. This is all unlimited. Car parking is no problem as they have a good size car park. Just remember to input your registration at check in. Well worth the money. Would 100% recommend this place for an overnight or longer stay.

Last time we came to this hotel the carpets in the corridor were soaking wet and smelt terribly of mould. Not very pleasant. Move on to 2026 and everything has improved. The breakfast is good considering it is free. Toast/cereals/fruit/cooked breakfast and crossiants/fairy cakes. There is yoghurt and fruit compote. Room was clean and tidy with an ensuite. Television and tea/coffee supplied but a bit tight with only 2 teabaga and no biscuits. Much imprived to our last visit.

Standard, functional hotel rooms with zero frills but high standards of cleanliness.A massive, secure car park is located directly outside the building and is completely free for overnight guests.
