Fantastic pub. We stayed over. Great welcome. Food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast. Service was great. Staff friendly..will definitely be using more from this group in the future. Nice touch was the fresh milk in the bedroom fridge and some ice cold water in there. 25 mins to Legoland.

We came for a wedding at the nearby vineyard. This 14th century inn is stunning, i couldn't get out of the bed, so comfortable and massive! Loved the fresh milk and everyday T bags. Also as the rooms we stayed in where so quiet, we had to get housekeeping to get John's 94 Yr old mum up, she was having a great sleep! Finally, outside our room was a beautiful courtyard that leads onto the pub, so definitely ask for a ground floor room, number 1 to 6 I highly recommend 👌

Enjoyed a 3 night stay as a couple. Our room was very clean, comfortable and tidy. We did have a slight hiccup with the heating in the room but this was resolved very quickly! We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service that we received for the duration of our stay. Thank you.

What a fantastic find! Chose this wonderful hotel as a journey stopover. Received a very warm welcome from all the staff. They couldn't have been more accommodating for us and our dog. Food was outstanding and the George 3rd room/suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate in staying again.
