Clay Hall Farm House

Families and groups of up to six will find Clay Hall Farm House works well for a self-catering break. The whole property is yours alone, spread across one floor with three bedrooms—two doubles and one kingsize—plus a bathroom and separate toilet. A wood-burning stove warms the open-plan living and dining space, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, an enclosed garden gives children and dogs room to move, and there's parking for three cars on site. The farmhouse sits on a small working farm conversion set within the North Yorkshire Moors landscape. A pub and petrol station are roughly half a mile away. Scaling Dam, just nearby, has a sailing and water sports centre where you can hire paddleboards, try wind sailing or wild swim among moorland views. One pet is welcome. No smoking indoors.
