Hill Yard Cottage

Hill Yard Cottage opens into a ground floor living space arranged across several rooms: a lounge with smart TV and working fireplace, a kitchen and dining area fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer, a second sitting room, and a conservatory. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two doubles and one with bunk beds—served by a shower room. The cottage sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered, along with the initial fire logs. An on-road parking space is provided. One dog is welcome, with complimentary extras, and travel cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request. The setting is genuinely rural: fields surround the property, and the sea appears on the horizon. The coast lies within a mile, making it straightforward to reach Skinningrove beach or join the Cleveland Way. Whitby, Staithes, Runswick Bay and Saltburn itself are all within half an hour's drive, as is the North York Moors National Park.
