This penthouse occupies the third floor of a period building right on the promenade, with open wooden beam ceilings and sensory lighting in the living space. Four bedrooms sleep eight: three doubles and a single, plus a pull-out single bed. Three bathrooms serve the property—two are ensuite to bedrooms, and the third is a shared shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included; there is parking for one car on site. Note that access involves 53 steps to the entrance.

Redcar itself lies moments away on foot, with arcades, shops and cafés along the seafront. Saltburn-by-the-Sea sits just along the coast, drawing surfers and swimmers to its pier and promenade. The North York Moors National Park edges the area inland, making it possible to reach countryside walks, pubs and heritage sites without travelling far. Whitby, with its abbey, narrow streets and working harbour, is roughly 20 miles north. Closer bays such as Robin Hood's Bay, Runswick Bay and Staithes offer their own coastline to explore.
