Seascape sits on a quiet street in Skinningrove, a village that feels largely untouched by tourism. The front door opens onto a living room facing the water, where boats rest on the sand bank below. From here, the layout unfolds simply: a kitchen and dining space occupy the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find two bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi all come as standard. One dog can stay free of charge.
The enclosed garden provides a secure outdoor space, though there are steps to the upper level. Skinningrove itself is genuinely quiet, with a small café, pub and fish and chip shop serving locals rather than visitors. The wider coastline offers more variety: Saltburn has a pier and surfing; Staithes huddles around a working harbour; Runswick Bay stretches with sand. The Cleveland Way passes through, linking together walks along cliffs and beaches. Whitby lies half an hour by car. The Repus Boat Sculpture stands nearby as a local landmark. No smoking throughout the property.
