Lovely little B&B with the most friendly host! Was a very clean room with nice little finishing touches. We found it much nicer than some other B&Bs nearby. Will definitely be booking again if we come for the races next year!

Lovely guest house, great room, comfortable bed and nothing was too much trouble. I had a problem with my car when I arrived so Steve took it to a local garage the next day while I was on training, kept me up to date and collected it when it was mended. Such kindness was much appreciated. Thank you Steve 😊

Booked with Steve and Anne to stay here at short notice and everything was met by the hosts upon arrival. Very nice people and the guest house was lovely too. All very clean, tidy and comfortable.The location is great and I would definitely recommend this accommodation as I know I'll be calling them as soon as I know I'm coming back to Teesside!

Lovely couple run guest house. Room clean and welcoming. All covid rules covered. Kettle and fridge in room with milk, sugar, tea and coffee. Shower was great. Lots of water pressure which is a first for us when staying in guest house. Towels provided. Bed very comfortable. I've got spinal problems and again very hard to find somewhere that is actually great to sleep in. Room just the right temperature. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Steve and Anna
