What visitors say
Update - Jan. '26 - Friday BOGOF Burger . Includes the £13.99 triple burgers. Staff, very friendly, happy & jovial. Pub area clean. Well staffed. Tables not left cluttered. Food was decent quality . Quantity was awesome - but it's a triple, I guess. Dec 25 - fish & chips X2 on the on the '2 Classics for £13' menu. Well worth it. Food was good quality & hot. The quantity was more than enough for the biggest appetite. Staff good, Happy & friendly. Nov'25- 2 walk-ins ,Fairly empty ,not noisy. Food was tepid , steaks over cooked. ( 2 rumps ordered medium rare came very well done). Not overcooked due to being 'on the pass , as the chips , scampi & rest of the mixed grill was luke warm. Sauce also only warm. -Pepper sauce for the rump. Steaks were replaced & very nicely cooked. The venue itself was clean & warm. Staff happy & helpful . Visited again a week later for breakfast x2. Good value breakfast. No stress with the fact we turned up at about 1155hrs to order & cut-off was 1200. Helpful & accomodating. Well cooked bacon nicely cooked . Tasty sausages - decent quality. Only moan would be the chef can't do poached eggs . Not a greasy plateful. Nicely presented -👍 Rear car park quite dark . Access path + stairs lamps not illuminated in the dark (1700 hrs) probably on a timer that needs adjusting - "Now that winters here , Jon Snow!".. Especially when it's getting slippery. 'Where there's blame - there's a claim ' I say !! .. 🤣😂

Nice place, I to go for lunch fairly often. Can order on app to save queuing. There is a different kind of offer on every day of the week. The photo is of a mix it up which is £10 on tuesdays. Food is nice, but it is a chain pub so you get what you expect really. Staff lovely and nothing ever takes too long. Lots of amenities - They have a play area for the kids. Pool table, darts and a big beer garden. Plenty of parking

Had a party for my 1 year old didn't book the whole wacky as there was so little of us but the kids loved it we had an amazing time everything ran smoothly i recommend having your little ones party here no matter the age even though he was 1 it felt like a party like no other x thanks Georgiana, Emma, jodie, Claire and memphis for help decorating the cake and making this special day memorable for our boy and us as parents

Service is very slow here Very poor. We bought 3 x kids meal deals and 3 adult meals. They didn't ask us how the meal was, we had the dinner plates left on the table long after we finished. We had to ask twice for the kids puddings which was ice cream. We literally waited 25 minutes for the ice cream. It wasnt as if they was busy. Wouldn't come back here.
