Overall, we had an amazing family holiday, and the outstanding customer service is what really made our stay so memorable. Although we had a few issues at the start, the staff couldn’t have done more to put things right, and we’ll definitely be booking again. We arrived at around 8:10pm and were checked in by a lovely member of staff who kindly changed our caravan at the last minute to better suit my mum’s disability needs. I have to say, the staff throughout our stay were absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the caravan, it wasn’t the cleanest. The walls were dirty, the carpet was filthy, the bedding didn’t seem clean, and there were several other issues. I was really disappointed. I contacted the warden to make him aware, and he was also incredibly friendly and understanding. The next morning at 9am, housekeeping came to inspect everything, including a leak underneath the caravan. Again, the lady who came out was so apologetic and lovely. Then, less than 10 minutes later, I received a call from another member of staff who offered us a complimentary upgrade to a Gold Plus caravan. The upgraded caravan was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, beautifully clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location right next to the park, which was ideal for the children. The only downside was that we could still hear loud music from the entertainment venue until around 12:15am, but thankfully the kids slept through it. The entertainment itself was brilliant, and we really enjoyed it. What impressed me most was how quickly the team resolved our issues. Everything was sorted by 10am the following morning, which really restored my faith that they genuinely care about their guests’ experiences. I honestly think we were just unlucky because of the last-minute caravan change. I truly believe that if we had stayed in our original allocated caravan, we probably wouldn’t have experienced these problems. The park itself is very clean and well maintained, the swimming pool is fantastic, and although the on-site shop could do with a wider selection of goods, that’s only a minor criticism. Overall, despite a disappointing start, the way the team handled the situation completely turned our holiday around. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference, and we ended up having a fantastic time. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable.

We had a lot of issues with their customer services, they were extremely rude. We had booked swimming on their website but they started telling our kids off thr day we went to swiming, they started saying that we didnt book anything when we did have proof and everything. Its extremely awful, they started just making fun of us instead of solving the issue and being helpful. Don't come here as its not even fun place. They arent friendly enough to help you if its your first time.

Disgusted by the complete lack of humanity and basic safety during a medical crisis I am writing this review because I am genuinely disgusted by how I was treated at Marine Holiday Park. This wasn’t just a bad holiday; it was a situation where my health and safety were completely disregarded by the management during a dangerous weather event.I stayed at the park during an official government Amber Heat Warning. My caravan was located in a spot with absolutely no shade, leaving it exposed to the baking sun all day. I knew the caravan did not have a built-in cooling system, so I went to the staff and asked for a basic electric cooling fan to keep the temperature safe. The park flatly refused to provide one.I am a diagnosed angina patient. Being trapped in that extreme, unmitigated heat immediately put my body under severe stress and triggered multiple angina attacks right there on-site. I spent my stay in a state of physical distress, surviving the crisis only by repeatedly administering my prescribed emergency heart medication just to keep myself stable. The worst part of this entire experience was the response from the manager. When I went to her and explained that I was having a medical emergency and desperately needed a fan or a shaded unit of the same standard under cover, she showed zero basic human empathy. Instead of helping a vulnerable guest in danger, she actually tried to exploit my health crisis by trying to force me into an expensive upgrade that she knew I couldn't afford. To try and squeeze extra profit out of someone experiencing cardiac distress is utterly shameful.Marine Holiday Park showed a total failure in their basic duty of care and a complete lack of human decency. It is an unsafe environment for anyone, especially vulnerable guests with health conditions. I am fighting for a full refund because no one should have to pay to be put in medical danger. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stayed here Monday to Friday in a bronze plus 3. The caravan was one of the smallest I've ever stayed in. The parks aren't that great for the kids especially some of the older ones. The cafe has an ok amount of food on the menu at a decent price same with drinks in the club. There is no parking near the club/cafes really so you do have a long walk if you are on the other side of the park. It was okay for us as we had beautiful weather all week but I wouldn't want to be making that walk in the rain. The pool was an okay size we only really stay in half hour then get ready for the day. There is shops nearby home bargains, Aldi and Sainsbury's so we did a shop before we came the shop on site is very small. You can not always park bear your caravan luckily ours backed onto a car park but some people were laughing their luggage around. They do bag checks on the way into the club and also check for drinks in your bags as these are not allowed. The kids entertainment was good better than haven where it's on a screen these actually interact with the kids but we never stayed later than that it always said it was a singer on and were not really that interested in a singer Overall we had a good stay we tend to venture out everyday but I'd imagine kids would be bored if you just sat on the site all day
