We visited the touring side of the park meet lots of lovely people, visited the club house local pub just outside the park. Best part was finding the beach bar! Walk down the green fenced path towards the beach turn left honestly you wont regret visiting the bar on a beautiful sunny day 😎

Spent one year on sunnyvale in a tourer. We met some lovely people there who went out of their way to help. If there's one thing we'll miss it is those we met. Our issue was the site isn't set up at all for children or families. It feels like there's a deep issue going on where the owner wants to keep kids and families away at all costs. If youve got kids definitely give this a miss, Sunnyvale caters for older people who like some peace and quiet. The Spa facilities are great and we spent many a night relaxing after our walks in snowdonia. The location near the beach is superb and if youre into walking I'd highly recommend walking the 11miles to Rhos on sea along the coastal path, especially on a sunny day. The bar on site has potential but any time they have an event on they charge you for tickets which I found a bit bad after the money people pay for their pitches. The staff we met were always pleasant, they seem to be overworked , barman /kids entertainers/pt instructor/chef!! It just feels like there's suspicion towards visitors from the owner which filters to the staff. Rules and regulations all over the place! Also thought it was out of order a family member visiting got told I owed £2 for sliders I'd used in the spa! I wasn't there that week and they could have easily waited to speak to me! I'd simply forgot I owed it. Overall I can see why older couples would enjoy this site but beware if you have kids, theyll be bored off their heads.. It has real potential here to be so much better, let your guard down, not all kids and families cause havoc!

Amazing site, all staff were really friendly. Food from the bar was great as well and really good spa facilities. Would highly recommend. Amazing general manager as well.
