Bolton by Bowland sits at the heart of the Ribble Valley, surrounded by working farmland and open countryside. Acre Hill Lodge occupies a quiet edge-of-farm setting with views across the rural landscape, where hens, ducks and cats roam freely; dogs must be kept on a lead due to grazing sheep. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on a single ground floor with three steps to the entrance.

Inside, an open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and lounge space. The kitchen has electric cooking, a breakfast bar and everything needed to prepare meals; the living room centres on a woodburner and offers smart TV access including Amazon Prime. Three bedrooms sleep six: a kingsize, a twin of single beds, and a bunk room with Disney+ access (children only). One shower room with walk-in shower serves the property, with a separate toilet also available. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered, though rural location means the signal can be patchy. An enclosed front garden with furniture and gas barbecue overlooks the fields, and parking is available for two cars on site with a third space in the main driveway. One dog stays free, though not in the carpeted bedrooms. No smoking.
