Garden Cottage sits within the owners' garden in Sabden, accessed through a shared courtyard where there's bike storage and a seating area. The whole property is yours alone. Entry takes you to a living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV with streaming apps, and patio doors onto a private terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a skylight; the bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog stays free and receives a welcome pack of treats; you'll find a welcome tray waiting too. There's parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden to use. The village sits at the foot of Pendle Hill, putting you within reach of walking and cycling routes through the Ribble Valley. No smoking indoors.
