Higher Paradise is an 1800s barn conversion that has retained its original character—exposed stone, timber beams and flagged floors run throughout. The property sits in rural Ribble Valley, approached down a farm lane, with panoramic views across Pendle Hill and the valley beyond. Public footpaths and bridleways pass nearby, making it straightforward to walk or ride from the door into the surrounding countryside. Skipton lies ten miles away; the Trough of Bowland and Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach.
The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with a woodburner, French doors onto the garden, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. A utility room handles laundry. Upstairs are five bedrooms—one double with ensuite wet room on the first floor, and four further bedrooms (three doubles or twins) served by a bathroom and separate shower room. The property accommodates ten guests and includes Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels. A games room with pool table, darts and table tennis sits separate from the main house. The garden has a patio and furniture; parking is on site. No smoking inside.
A shop and pub are three miles away. The property does not accommodate hen or stag parties.
