Manor House is a cottage sleeping four on the grounds of a working farm and manor in the Ribble Valley. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the first floor, while downstairs holds a living room with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen/dining space. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood for the stove are included; there is parking for one car on site.
The 50 acres surrounding the property open straight into the Forest of Bowland, one of the North's prime walking and cycling country. The hamlet itself has won Best Kept status repeatedly. Nearby villages like Bolton-by-Bowland and Slaidburn, both about three miles away, have traditional pubs and period architecture. The Trough of Bowland and other landscape features sit within an easy drive. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Words cannot express the compassion, care and dignity that all staff extended to my mum whilst she lived with them. The kindness that was extended to my family whilst she was dying went above and beyond my expectations. Beautiful people who genuinely care about the people in their care.

It is undoubtedly a care home prepared to receive older people with problems. The staff work hard to look after everyone with great care. The spaces in the home are warm and cosy. I 100% recommend putting your family here because I know you're in good hands.
