Rural Ribble Valley offers immediate access to some of the north's most distinctive landscapes. Graydon Cottage sits on Meresyke Farm in open countryside within reach of Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland. The market town of Settle lies 5.5 miles away; Clitheroe about 8.5 miles. The famous Settle-Carlisle railway line runs through the area, crossing the Ribblehead viaduct.

The cottage is yours alone—two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeping four. The first bedroom has a super king bed which can be split into two singles on request, with an ensuite shower. The second bedroom has zip-and-link single beds and its own ensuite. Downstairs, a living room with wood-burning stove opens into the kitchen and dining space, which is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the everyday kit. A small enclosed garden with patio and furniture provides outdoor space. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered; a welcome pack, travel cot and highchair are provided. One pet stays free.

The property works for couples after a quiet break, families wanting to explore the dales on foot or bike, and those planning to tackle local peaks and longer walks. Parking is available for two cars on site.
