The Old Loft

The Old Loft sits on the first floor of a converted building in Slaidburn, a village within the Forest of Bowland. On the ground floor, an open-plan space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with a shower room to one side. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom holds a king-size bed. The property sleeps two and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave, so you can cook proper meals. Downstairs there is a Freeview Smart TV. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. A patio with seating sits just outside the private entrance. On-road parking is available. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Slaidburn is a working village along the River Hodder, built from stone with a church that dates back centuries. The wider Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, draws walkers and cyclists year-round. Pendle Hill and various moorland routes offer views across the Lancashire hills and valleys. The area is also known for birdwatching and wildlife spotting, with woodlands, meadows and river valleys to explore.
