Stayed here last night and the hotel was a great location in Richmond. Truly lovely warm welcome from all the staff. Wonderful lady front of house in the breakfast room. Breakfast was the best ever! Amazing high quality and piping hot. Lovely presentation. Great breakfast room. Rooms - Very disappointed on this visit, as they gave us Room 10 in the attic, no views only roof tops. Only consolation was having air-conditioning in the room. Very clean and everything on offer Brian & Jenny (Lancashire )

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly than anywhere I have stayed before. The rooms are really nice, a good size, tea/coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, … and if you have a dog friendly room which I did, dog treats, dog bowl, lovely dog bed (my dog slept in it more than hew own at home), so many little details that made it a great stay. The dog was welcomed by the staff as well as the humans. Just lovely! The breakfast was also brilliant! A friendly, welcoming, clean hotel.

Arguably one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. The Gandhi burger was divine. I added bacon to mine. The staff were lovely too, super welcoming helpful and looked after all of us and genuinely seemed to get along

This is a review of the restaurant only. Had breakfast here recently; the menu is good and varied. We had the vegetarian and American options, both excellent. The coffee was also good. Service was very attentive although there was a wait of over 30 minutes for food - but it was fairly busy at the time with residents and walk-ins.
