⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant family day out! Absolutely loved Toy Story 5! Pixar has done it again—heartfelt, hilarious, and the perfect blend of nostalgia and new tech-themed adventures. Cineworld Rochester was top-notch as always. Clean screens, great sound, and friendly staff made it a perfect trip. Highly recommend!

A large cinema with big rooms and plenty of seats. No recliners but perfectly comfortable for 90 mins and I'm 6'3. I prefer the more traditional experience anyway and helps keep the cost down. Plus no recliner stops me falling asleep! Cinema and toilets looked very clean. Would happily return.

Been coming here for about 6 months now with my unlimited card. For what it’s worth, you can’t ask for much more. Seats are comfortable although a little narrow for those with wider waists. They’ve got a variety of screens too, so some will be smaller and more untainted whereas screens 1,2 and 3 are much bigger. The only thing I wish they had (and I’m sure this is more the private owners of the car park), but they need EV chargers. It would be so ideal to charge whilst watching a film and seems like a missed opportunity

We arranged a private screening for our daughters birthday, and could not have been happier - it was excellent value for money, booking was easy online and then the events team followed up shortly after, we pre-ordered food and drinks and upon arrival on the day the staff called the manager down to greet us who went through all the details. He gave us a tour, arranged for tables to be put out for the snacks, had the snacks all made and put out before the guests arrived and was on hand if we needed anything throughout the screening. We will definitely look to do that again in the future, it was a great experience! Thank you so much for making our daughters birthday one to remember!
