What visitors say
There is no doubt this place looks a bit tired and rundown. It's located in an older building and is certainly musty as others have noted. However, it is reasonably priced and I have yet to come across a soft play with as many different slides. It still has an extensive ball pit and free fall too, which I think you see less of in soft plays these days. There is also a separate assault course area for small children. The cafe is more akin to a greasy spoon than an upmarket tray bake establishment, and parking on site is woefully limited but there is other on-street and off-street parking within the area of Newcastle town.

Brilliant place and most importantly staff who work there actually care about little patrons. There are plenty of staff who are doing a good job. The place is clean and well maintained. Good selection of activities for the kids from jumping to sliding. Literally something for all ages!!
