Dory arrives fully equipped for self-catering, with everything from a dishwasher and induction hob to a wood burner, smart TV and washing machine already in place. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The ground floor has a living room and separate kitchen/dining space, plus a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and a twin room share a family bathroom with shower over the bath and heated towel rail. The property sleeps four and accepts one pet free of charge.

An enclosed garden with seating area and barbecue sits at the back, with parking for one car. Camber Sands stretches for miles and suits long walks, paddleboarding, swimming and kite surfing depending on the season. Rye, a medieval hilltop town with cobbled streets and independent shops, is a short drive away; the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve nearby is known for birdwatching. Romney Marsh offers cycling and horse riding, while East Sussex vineyards and farm shops are accessible for day trips. No smoking is permitted indoors.
