The Beach House

Families, groups of friends and couples all find their rhythm at The Beach House, a two-bedroom coach house positioned within walking distance of Camber Sands. The seven-mile stretch of beach—backed by dunes and marshland—is accessible via a footpath opposite the property, so sand and sea are genuinely minutes away rather than a drive. Inside, everything is on one floor: a living and dining area with television and games, a kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave for proper cooking, one bedroom with a kingsize bed and one with twin singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Essentials like electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels come as standard, and there's a travel cot and highchair if needed.

Outside, a rear courtyard gives you a sheltered sitting area with garden furniture and space to relax. Parking for two cars is on site. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The property is non-smoking. From here, you're positioned for everything Camber Sands offers—long walks along the beach, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, cycling through the marshes, or simply building sandcastles. Rye, with its steep cobbled streets, independent shops and restaurants, is a short drive away, as is Hastings Old Town if you want a change of scenery.
