Harbour Retreat

Harbour Retreat is a six-bedroom house in Rother that sleeps up to 12 people, making it suitable for large family groups or friends gathering together. The property comprises three floors. Downstairs there is a living room with a 55-inch smart TV, a separate kitchen and dining room opening onto a private garden, and the first of six bedrooms with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second living room with its own TV sits alongside three further bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room and another a shared wet room. At the top of the house are the final two bedrooms and a bathroom with a roll-top bath. One dog is welcome; smoking is not permitted.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven and hob, a combi microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer dryer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The property sits on a single level at its entrance, though it extends across three storeys within. A pub is within walking distance, and Rye's shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby. Camber Sands is also close by.
