Sussex Park

Sussex Park is a single-storey holiday caravan sleeping up to eight guests, with three bedrooms and a ground-floor layout that suits families and groups. The main living space combines kitchen and sitting room, where a sofa bed doubles the sleeping capacity alongside the three proper bedrooms. One has a double bed; the other two have singles. There is a shower room and a separate toilet, and the essentials—electricity, bed linen and towels—are provided.

The kitchen is set up for self-catering, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Outside, there is a garden and a children's play area, plus parking for two cars on site. The caravan is in Camber, a coastal town known for its sandy beaches and dunes, with Rye's medieval streets and independent shops within easy reach. Rye Harbour Nature Reserve offers walking trails and birdwatching nearby, and several golf courses are in the area. Smoking is not permitted inside.
