Finchcocks Oast 33-42 is a converted oast house sleeping 42 across nine bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The property sprawls across two floors with multiple living spaces: a ground-floor living room, an upstairs kitchen equipped with two ovens and a range for serious cooking, a second living and dining room with a gas fire, and a games room with a PlayStation and sofas. Nine ensuite bathrooms mean no queuing in the mornings, and bed linen and towels come as standard.

The grounds include a heated swimming pool in its own fenced enclosure, a separate tennis court, and a large grass area set up for games—rackets, bats and equipment are provided. Two barbecues sit by the pool house. Parking covers the pebbled drive and a reinforced grass area. The location is countryside quiet; music indoors or outside stops at 11pm. This is genuinely a house for a whole group: a family celebration, a milestone gathering, friends reuniting. Wifi and electricity are included. No smoking throughout.
