Cineworld Harlow - Harvey Centre

This is my regular cinema (sometimes I use the Queensgate one also) I love this cinema. It's usually pretty quiet when I go and always kept really clean as well. The only complaint I have, which has become such an issue that I've even emailed about it, is their air con. It's on far too much, even in cold weather, which makes the screening rooms absolutely freezing at times. I've been sat there shivering on several occasions and nearly walked out of the film because it's so uncomfortable to sit through. The last time I went a girl brought a blanket and I think I'm going to have to start doing the same because they don't seem to have taken on board serval (and not just mine) complaints about this issue.

Me and my partner was watching The housemaid today Ive booked 2 regular combo s in my work benefit website. What I didn't realise is that you can't have water with it. When I was told I felt so sad and got a bit upset as my medical condition wouldn't allow me to have fizzy drinks. However Ash kindly offered the water and provided excellent customer service His kindness , understanding and professionalism have lifted my spirits and allowed me to fully enjoy today's experience Thank you

So rude staff specially one lady , I don’t know unfortunately her name. Today I ordered 2 large meals for my kids 2 Pepsi max cherry and one salty one sweet popcorn, the guy on the till didn’t understand and he gave me 2 Pepsi max cheery and just one popcorn, I was still waiting and ask where is another one , he say you ask just one , but I didn’t I am regular customer here, so I know what I ordered . Later he called the lady to help him . I explained everything, they wanted to charge me separately for popcorn again and I told them, but it’s supposed to be as a meal. Instead of be rude they supposed to fix the problem and apologise. But she said that’s what you need to pay now. And I asked why. Then she repeatedly was saying just take it just take it! So rude and aggressive, and then I say okay I will pay , then she said no just take it take it . So I just left , but it’s so unprofessional and so rude behaviour, 2 of my 11 years old boys was standing and watching, absolutely rude behaviour, shame! Management should be aware of this. And people as well who come to this place.

Staff always friendly and helpful, toilets need a bit of an uplift and chairs in no1 were in need of updating
