As Inuse the bus services which drop me off just outside the Vue cinema and afterwards a short walk to get the bus home,the place is always clean and tide,with the staff very helpful and nothing is to much for them. I also use the Sky tickets for free viewings. What I love the most is that the films are shown in daytime so no children running around because I’m a 70 year old man and a pensioner.

The seats were very comfortable but the audio levels were ridiculously loud with blisteringly harsh treble and no low end. It was so unbearable I had to leave the screening early. To be fair, I am unusually sensitive to such things. It likely wouldn't bother most people even half as much.

This was our second visit to the Stroud cinema this year. We really wanted to support our local cinema rather than traveling, but unfortunately, it’s been a massive disappointment both times. They claim to have air conditioning in the screens, but it wasn't working at all. Sitting through a film during the heatwave was unbearable. The cinema itself is dated, noticeably dirty, and clearly short-staffed. To make matters worse, the environment inside the screen was loud and disruptive, with inconsiderate behavior from other families. Safe to say, we won’t be returning.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Had vip seats and the whole cinema to ourselves! What a treat! Great snacks and drinks selection. Very clean toilets. Amazing all round!
