Go Ape Dalby

I visited the venue with my family on Tuesday 28th July. And from start to finish, I received an exceptional level of service. I am visually impaired and I use a white cane which meant I couldnt use my cane during the tree top challenge experience. But that was ok as every member of staff i interacted with were extremely helpful. The instructors gave me excellent descriptions on how to use the cables and the man who was on the information desk in the cabin next to the starting point of the course who made sure I was confident. Because of such helpful staff, my mind was put at ease. Thanks to the staff at Go Ape for making the day enjoyable.

We weren't fully sure what to expect today at Dalby Go Ape. Myself and my girlfriend Jade have made it out mission to do every GoApe in the country. And Dalby was next on our list. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and funny. Receptionists were a little less talkative but that wasn't an issue for us. The instructional session on the ground was helpful and the two staff (a gentleman with glasses and a lady who had mentioned it was her first full day) we're extremely patient with showing and repeating the methods for staying attached before move to site 1 practice. They were a good laugh and once we had made it to site 6 there were two ladies there and we chatted about all of the different GoApe locations and their personal favourites. (Don't worry, they both said their favourite was Dalby ahaha) and then we hit the zip line which was fun as always. The only reason I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 was partially because of the receptionists. But also that the course was shorter than both my Girlfriend Jade and I had anticipated. We also hadn't realised that site 4 was going to be a zip line we wanted to video. So possibly adding signage about those with phone pouches being notified of site 4 possibly being a zip line that they might want to catch a video of when going down. Over all though it was really lovely. And I think it will definitely be a site we will visit again at some point.

Had a wonderful day at Go Ape Dalby today. Our 4 year old was quite scared to go down the zip wire and the instructors were so patient with her. Betsey and Jess in particular deserve a massive shout out, they really went the extra mile to help her feel safe and as a result she has left feeling so proud of herself when she eventually did the zip line by herself. She has even been telling us she would like to be an instructor when she is older so that she can help other people. Thank you!

Brilliant day out. Staff were excellent especially Chloe and Alex. My son has Autism and a moderate Learning Disabilities and needed more coaching and training. Chloe and Alex went through everything with him before and throught the day. Alex and other staff came round the course to check how we were doing and when we had finished they congratulated us. Without their help we wouldn't of been able to do it. Last year we had book and tried to do the adventure but the staff weren't as helpful and we were not able to do it. We just want to say thank you for all your help and guidance. It was much appreciated. Xx
