About Molland Manor House
Molland Manor House traces its origins back to 1262, a substantial listed manor set in the village of Ash between Sandwich and Canterbury. Its guest rooms are spacious and individually furnished, several with sitting areas and views over the surrounding gardens and countryside, all with modern en suite bathrooms.
Breakfast is served in the manor's dining room, and the peaceful, out-of-town setting gives guests a genuine sense of rural Kent while remaining within easy striking distance of the coast, Canterbury and the Channel ports.
Ash is only about three miles from Sandwich, making Molland Manor House a quiet, characterful alternative to staying in the town centre, particularly for guests travelling by car who want a private car park and a slower pace in the evenings.

What an amazing couple of days we’ve had here. Steve and Tracey are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. From the freshly cooked breakfast, the honesty bar, and all the thoughtful touches in the rooms, to preparing the huge hot tub for us and even letting us meet and take photos with the horses — everything was done with real care. Arriving to tea and scones after unpacking was such a special touch. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. We’ll 100% be returning. Thank you for a truly perfect stay.

We had the best time here! The hosts were so kind to me and my daughter, such as offering me really helpful local information and allowing my daughter to follow their cats around! The grounds are stunning and my daughter loved the outdoor play equipment (and saying "goodnight" to the knight at the bottom of the stairs!) I loved the scones- our visit was during poor weather so these being freshly made meant they were warming as well as delicious. The room was very well appointed and the beds were comfortable. My little one was a bit scared of the jacuzzi bath feature, but this is a nice, luxurious touch for most. We would definitely return when we return to the area.

Lovely old house, stayed in the separate chalet on the site, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, good quality furnishings and towels. Super soft main bed, good hot water pressure. Private Hot tub additional £20/ night but worth it. Owners are lovely and very helpful in every way . 25 min drive to coast and beaches . Quite secluded, need a car for sure.
