The Staff here are brilliant; very attentive, helpful, and polite. There aren't many places where you are remembered despite not going for months at a time. The food is really good too, I'll recommend the Toasties... I used to cook for Brown's, and trust me, the food here is of good quality. The kids love the soft play and you can watch them from where you sit. Music plays in the background and you just chill, eat and drink. Lovely place. Highly recommend as a father of three boys under 6 years. Thank you to the Bubbles team 💙 ❤️ 💚💛

Even though there is a baby area for under 2s, unfortunately older kids keep running into it making it feel unsafe for little ones. Only one staff member came to ask us if we'd like her to get the older kids out and she did everytime she noticed them, but there were many other staff members walking past not saying anything. There were parents coming in there with clearly older kids as well. It's a shame because it could've been a nice space for little ones, but it's not very fun when much older kids run inside, throw themselves carelessly into the ballpit and decide to empty it. The baby area should either be separate from the rest of the soft play or have a staff member that is stationed specifically to keep an eye out for older kids trying to come in.

Just come to Bubbles with the grandkids. What a brilliant place. The boys are having a great time. You are made to feel welcome by the staff who are just the best. Will definitely come here again. PS The cheese and onion toasted sandwich are the best!

We regularly visit bubbles and have had a few of our children’s parties here too. Always lovely friendly staff, fantastic food and all at a reasonable price. I first met Ellie when she started back in January and she has been a great asset to bubbles since she started. She is always so polite, organised and keeping herself busy. We will be back again soon 😀
