Just spent an amazing 3 night's at the Ashburton house accommodation, and can't fault it in any way. Location was great, 10 mins from the promanade and train station, easy parking, a pub 1 min walk away. The decor was outstanding, our room was spotless and plenty big enough, and the quality and variety for breakfast was spot on. If planning on staying in Scarborough look no further.

We stayed here on the 31/3 for 3 nights visiting our friend who recently retired to Scarborough . I cannot recommend this place highly enough for price quality and friendliness. The breakfast is of a very high standard and especially for the price . I have stayed in London for 3 times the price and not received this standard of cleanliness and value for money . There is also no problem with parking and the location is really good a few minutes walk to all local amenities highly recommended.👍

A lovely, quiet, Boutique Hotel that you'll want to come back to. Ample parking. Caring, non intrusive owners; they just seem to be able to read the room well. For example, breakfast, they carefully check on you two or three times to check if you need anything and that everything is ok. Breakfast is superb and well worth the £10 over a local restaurant or pub. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into preparing breakfasts and the one piece of, not-over-fried bread is a really nice addition. Lots of choices at breakfast, other than a full breakfast, including avocado on toast, Cumberland ring or croissant to name just a few. Brand new upscale bathroom. A quiet hotel, you cannot hear other guests moving around in other bedrooms or outside your room. A snug warm hotel with control over your own heating via the radiator. The addition of a room fan, should you want to use this, is a plus. The pictures of the hotel, although lovely, do not do this hotel justice. Overall: A beautiful boutique hotel with a warm, but modern, atmosphere. Well positioned hotel for walks into the main town, restaurants (8 min using a short cut to the main high street). Will definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic place to stay.The decor in the establishment is perfect and well thought out the rooms are spotless everything you need is there PLUS fresh bottled water and milk on supply. The breakfasts well whst can I say SCRUMMY loads of choice brilliant service. This has to be the best b&b in Scarborough ney the East cost . YOU HAVE TO STAY HERE TO APPRECIATE IT 👍
