A great stay here. The staff were so polite. The Manager was really nice, and very helpful. We've never seen such a clean and organised restaurant for breakfast. The manager had it running like a well oiled ship. Food was some of the best we've had at a premier inn, and we've stayed in a lot. Highly recommend this premier inn. We had a great view of the castle. We had 2 rooms, and they was both OK.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently for 3 nights from the 10th April. As my husband has reduced mobility we booked an accessible room which had a wet room which really suited our needs. The room was exceptionally clean and it was really quiet so we slept really well. We noticed how hard all the staff worked, especially Rachel, George and Megan who went out of their way to make sure customers were happy and had everything we needed. Nothing at all was too much trouble even though sometimes they were multi tasking. My husband and I were really impressed with the staff and the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was just delicious, thank you so much to all who works in the kitchen to produce the beautiful food. We will definitely be staying here again Many Thanks David and Kath Brown

Well placed to go to Scarborough Outdoor Arena. See picture of the arena taken from hotel window. Breakfast reasonably priced. Rooms nice and clean. The carpark is Ringo and not badly priced. ## Only Problem ## They know when events are on at the Outdoor Arena next door and the prices go through the roof. The hotel will say this pricing mechanism is industry standard. I call it grasping.

Just stayed here with our family of 5. As always reasonable rooms that are more than good enough for families on a budget. Location here is great, right next to the water park and walking distance to the north bay amusements. Staff have been fantastic, in particular a young man this morning who’s name I didn’t catch, but during a very busy breakfast rush he was extremely accommodating ensuring all guests would be seated and worked hard to meet everyone’s needs, he is clearly a hard worker and a great credit to premier inn. Above all a great people person which goes a long way. Likewise the rest of the staff were just as pleasant and hard working. We will be back on our next visit!
