Banging little pub this pool table, darts, bar man was able to recommend different lagers and steered me towards a lovely new beer. Said beer came in an ice cold stein (very important that) and they had a quality crisp selection too. Would highly recommend for a pint or 3!

We stayed here on Sunday just gone, have to say it was a superb place to stay for the night, (we were going to a gig at the open air theatre) Alfie the host was such a great guy made us very welcome both when we arrived & when we returned after the gig - top man! We will return (for chilli twirls 😁) Sav & Kathy from Durham

2nd time staying at The Black Swan . Fantastic location for the Open Air. Alfie made us so welcome. A genuine nice man. The pub is lucky to have you! Look forward to returning next year.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay in an apartment style suite for the 4 of us beds we're comfortable, rooms spacious and clean and the staff were top notch selena especially couldn't do enough to help us especially with me being disabled. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here, if you like a crack with staff and locals alike you would definitely enjoy this hotel xx
