Absolutely lovely place. Very friendly and attentive hosts, the rooms were spotless, the mattresses were very comfy. Also the breakfast was more than I expected with all the items for a full English or you can opt for some fish alternatives if you fancy them (a vegetarian option is also available!) On top of that you have everything for a continental breakfast and more like fruit salad, a nice selection of yoghurts, little packages crossiants. You can also do special requests for let's say pancakes and the hosts will cater to that! Combine all that with the prime location between town centre and beachfront and a decent price and you get a B&B I can seriously recommend. Will stay again next time I'm in Scarborough.

Absolutely lovely B&B in a fantastic location, near to several pubs and very close to the beach The hosts/owners are amazing and can't do enough for you, especially helpful when it came to sorting the parking situation out. The breakfast spread is varied and the fry up was delicious - and generous! Only one minor detail is as a few people have said that the rooms are maybe a bit dated but they're very clean and come with the usual tea/coffee/biccies you expect - also with the windows shut they're very quiet at night too Overall highly recommend and would definitely revisit if in the area
